Three guide series exploring the era of ‘90s Japanese car design and culture. Content themes include popular aesthetics, engineering, and global influences. Inspired by early ‘90s brochures and spec sheets, this series sought a design to create a visual experience that brings the JDM showroom to life. My approach to this project was to create a design grounded in bold visual themes that reflect the essence of JDM car culture. Using bold typographic application with a restrained color palette, rhythm and experiential storytelling carry the visual narrative. The pursued result is an experience designed to feel as kinetic and immersive as the cars themselves. Designed with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
